SHIPPING RATES:  Up to $35.00   $4.95, 
$35.01 to $75.00= $6.95,  
$75.01 to $100= $7.95,  
$100.01 to $149.99= $8.95   
$150.00  and up $9.95.

Cooper's offers the following Returns Policy at follows:
1. No return on merchandise after 10 days from delivery date. No returns on past year mdse or close outs unauthorization number is required for your return. Contact Coopers for this number. Your return package must have this number.
3. All returned goods must be in original box and with and additional inserts that were in the original box and a copy of your sales order.
4. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on current year items return that are not defective.(due to handling cost and fees).  Any item that was shipped at no charge will have the actual postage deducted from the refund amount.  If an item is defective it will be replaced if items is still available.
5. No returns on past year dated editions ornaments that are not defective.
